Analysis: Taylor was frequently stymied by a tough Chiefs front, with his longest run of the day going for a modest 13 yards. Taylor's involvement in the passing game was a nice bonus, however, and the star back now has 13 targets through three games. The 2020 second-round pick does have two straight sub-100-yard games, but he looks as explosive as last season and draws a very favorable statistical matchup against the Titans' suspect run defense in a Week 4 home divisional clash.

Limited volume in blowout loss

Taylor carried the ball nine times for 54 yards in Sunday's 24-0 loss to the Jaguars. He added one reception for nine yards.

Analysis: Taylor was scripted out of making an impact in the loss, as the Colts ran only 48 offensive plays and Matt Ryan took to the air 30 times. Even with the limited opportunity, Taylor made a pair of splash gains, tallying two rushes of 21 yards. While Taylor was able to overcome the poor offensive environment around him in Week 1, the Colts have been lackluster with Matt Ryan at the helm early on, which could ultimately cost Taylor opportunity moving forward.

Analysis: Taylor gashed the Las Vegas run defense for 7.5 yards per carry as he easily set a new career high in rushing yardage. His 62-yard touchdown in the third quarter was also his longest run of the season, and he later added a three-yard score for his first multi-touchdown game. Taylor came into this game in great form and will look to feast again next Sunday against a Texans defense that ranks near the bottom of the league in virtually every category related to stopping opposing running backs.

Scores with 135 scrimmage yards

Taylor carried 13 times for 91 yards and caught all three of his targets for 44 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 26-20 win over the Texans.

Analysis: Taylor gashed the porous Houston defense for 7.0 yards per carry as he delivered his best rushing output since Week 2. He also notched his third-best receiving line of the season and scored his first receiving touchdown on a 39-yard play on fourth down in the second quarter. Analysis: Taylor was once again the lead back for the Colts, working ahead of both Nyheim Hines and Jordan Wilkins. While his longest rush of the game was 16 yards, he managed additional chunk gains of 11 and 12 yards. He was unable to put together a huge performance due to the Colts' inability to reach the end zone but has now racked up at least 14 touches in each game since Week 2 in Marlon Mack's (Achilles) absence. He'll face a tough defensive front in Week 5 in a matchup against the Browns.

Scores TD in quiet day

Taylor carried the ball 13 times for 59 yards and a touchdown and caught his only pass for three yards in Sunday's 36-7 win over the Jets.

Analysis: Despite the lopsided final score, Taylor didn't get a lot of work down the stretch as Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines got 16 carries and five receptions between them. Still, the rookie's third-quarter TD salvaged his day from a fantasy perspective.
